It really depends on alot. I mean if your wedding is a family only function with just a small amount of guests then no don't invite the boss. But if you are having a huge wedding where money is no object and you're inviting alot of the office then you could hurt feelings and out of courtesy you should invite the boss.

Reply:no not at all. boss is a boss just during office hours only. he is not such a valuable person at my wedding.
