Ummm... if it's a rhetorical question, then I'm not answering it.
Reply:If you bring a new member into your band, you should make sure that they have something to contribute, and that there is a valid place for what they are contributing.


The mistake most starting bands make is to overcrowd their songs. Everybody playing at once is not what you want, there has to be arrangement. Every member has to keep their ego in check, and know when NOT to play.

Reply:Most guys who are in a band wouldn't ever let a chick he was seeing join the band without some input from his band mates. That is just the way most musicians are...the band is always put first over romance.
Reply:Well, thats a HORRIBLE reason why someone would want to have a girl join. Because they like them, the whole band could break up for thissss.
