hey. there are two ways that i always do 1) open his page and click add botton on the left under his/her picture 2) go to invite (the 6th tab on the top of ur own 360 page) then you will understand what u have to do!
I am so slow .How do you invite people that you dont know on your Yahoo 360?
Go to a 360 page of someone you don't know. Click the "Add" button underneath their profile pictures. It helps if you also add a personal message so that the person knows how you found their page, etc.
